In the summer of 2001 we were approached by a major audio visual company to supply crew on all their events, having become somewhat disillusioned from their existing supplier they were looking for a fresh approach to crewing.

Having highlighted this gap in the market, we set about identifying the weak problem areas and started to re-introduce basic principles of hard work, reliability and an appreciation of individual client requirements, this philosophy remains at the forefront of our operation today. With more than 800 companies already using our services and more contacting us every week, Pinnacle continues to grow from strength to strength.

This consists of frequent management sight visits, fortnightly crew chief meeting, close client liaison and top up courses in both H&S and new technologies.
