Unlike a lot of UK crew providers who have interests in other aspects of the events industry, we solely concentrate on our crew; therefore, we have no other interests which can affect our service to you, allowing us to dedicate our time to constantly evaluating and improving every aspect of our operation. This process involves considerable investment in technology, staff training and health and safety principles, our motivation for this is quite straightforward; we want your event to be an overwhelming success, we will therefore do everything we can to help you achieve this.

We have monitored the capacity to which crew’s are employed over a number of years and have identified that on occasions the full potential for which a crew can be utilized is not always fulfilled. This we believe, Pinnacle can change. We spend considerable time and energy training our crew to levels unsurpassed by our competitors. Our training program has been put together in conjunction with the British Safety Council with additional, invaluable advice from many of the leading suppliers in our industry. This makes our crew technically astute giving them an advantage over our competitors. Pinnacle crews are equally proficient doing the heavy humping as they are with getting involved in the technical side of your event.
