Pinnacle Crew commitment to Health and Safety is of paramount importance to all our operations. Our Health and Safety Officers are continually updated with new regulations from The British Safety Council and implement the necessary changes within our operation to make sure we stay at the forefront of this important field. This approach of continued assessment ensures that all our clients have confidence in our ability to deliver the most up to date Health and Safety advice.

At Pinnacle we have spent considerable effort to ensure our crew are as knowledgeable as possible in Manual Handling Techniques as well as Industry Awareness. We have achieved this by producing a tailored program of training that all our crew must go through. This training has been put together in collaboration with The British Safety Council. Our training involves all aspects of Manual Handling together with awareness training in: Staging, Set, Lighting, Sound, LED technologies, Projection and AV, Safety Harnessing, working with Scaff Towers, lifting machinery, Ladders and specialist structures. We believe our training is the most comprehensive in our area of the industry, allowing our crew a clear perspective of the events industry as a whole. View a sample of our training video here. All crew receive a Health & Safety and Industry Awareness Manual. See below.

Safety Pass Alliance As from 2010, Pinnacle has continued its commitment to provide the best trained crew in the country by becoming a certified Training Company in the “Safety Passport Scheme” and hence all our crew will come with this qualification giving our clients added confidence in their abilities. Please see our safety Passport page for more details.

We also run ongoing First Aid training for all our Crew Chiefs. Selected members of our general crew are also trained to Appointed Person Status.
