Experience in Events Industry is not a necessity, the qualities we look for in potential crewmembers are, friendliness, a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and a dedication to be the best you can be on every job you do.
The job requires potential candidates to be proficient in English, live in or very near to London, be physically capable of doing heavy manual work, be prepared to work long and often unsocial hours and take to instructions and work well within a team environment.

The Role of a Crew Member includes;
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Building and dismantling stages and set
- Rigging/de-rigging sound, lighting, and AV equipment
- Installing and removing temporary flooring and barriers
- Building and breaking down of temporary seating structures
- Carrying and lifting items including furniture, set and scenery, and, AV equipment
- The constructing of temporary/semi-permanent structures, i.e. marquees
