PINNACLE – READY FOR 2012
Among major exhibitors at the Event Production Show is Pinnacle Crew (stand no. 342), the national crewing company with offices in London, Birmingham and Leeds.
Now a recognised Safety Passport training company, all Pinnacle crew receive Safety Passport training as well as the company’s in-house manual handling and industry awareness training. By 2012 all crew should also have CSCS accreditation. This is part of Pinnacle’s policy of taking its health and safety responsibilities seriously and making itself the most versatile crewing company ready for the Olympics.
Recent projects completed by Pinnacle include the 2010 cricket season assisting Mediatec Group on behalf of the England and Wales Cricket Board, working with Blonstein and Associates on London Fashion Week Exhibition and Newgen Exhibition, and several recent projects with Fisher Productions at the iconic Battersea Power Station.
Two new senior management appointments were also recently announced by Pinnacle.
Adam Sheppard, who has been with the company for four years, was promoted to the role of operations manager. He was previously crew co-ordinator responsible for all front office activities including crew booking, tendering, quotations and client liaison.
Taking Sheppard’s role as crew co-ordinator is Stuart Thomson who joined the company from Affinity Crew where he was crew chief. With seven years’ experience in the industry, Thomson has worked on major events and contracts such as 02.
